Class 58 Exhaust Silencer Unit – 4mm scale 00.
Etched brass fold up detailing designed for the Hornby Class 58.
We realise that these do vary slightly but this was designed from the one we had the opportunity to measure up on the ground at Toton.
You will need to cut a hole in the roof to form a recess to fit the part, so we suggest it is fitted before any vunerable grilles etc are fitted. When the hole has been cut a piece of 40 thou plastic card is useful if fitted to create a flat base to fix the unit to.
