THREE – PECO SL-E196 Medium left hand Electrofrog point. In excellent working condition, but there may be a touch of solder on a rail edge where electric feed has been fed in.
All the points listed have been converted to DCC operation following the article in Model Rail.
The two small wires just below the frog have been cut. New bonds have been soldered between both stock rails to the adjacent closure rails. DCC requires a near perfect flow of current as possible and this will improve performance through the whole frog.
I have not tried it, but it may be possible to use the points for standard DC operation.
I will shortly be listing some used PECO point motors complete with polarity switches which will be suitable for this point.
