I am selling my ex-model layout buildings, train related Items and all are in reasonable to good condition for their age. They may need a slight clean as been stored away for a few years and could be dusty. Most of the buildings have access for lighting and have previously been used but carefully removed. Please see all photos and ask any questions before bidding. I also have many items that are as new and still in sealed packages and unbuilt.

On most occasions, Items will be posted out on Tuesdays as that’s the day my local post office lets me take all of the sold items in and leave them there to stamp at their own leisure and I then pay the bill over the phone and they keep the proof of postage for me to collect next time. This stops me holding up the queue for an hour or so whilst they do it. Items will need paying for by the Monday night otherwise it will be a full week before they get posted again.
