Rake of 3 Hornby Mk2e coaches and 1 Mk2d coach in Virgin Trains livery with working lights
Rake consists of the following coaches
2x R4702A Inter-city Virgin Trains Mk2e Second open 5787 with working lights1 x R4702 Inter-city Virgin Trains Mk2e Second open 5801 with working lights1 x R4088C Inter City Virgin Trains Mk2d First open with working lights
All lights are factory fitted in the Mk2e coaches and include a flicker free “stay alive” capacitor so the lights do not flicker if current is momentarily lost over points etc.
(If running on DCC the lights will be on permanently)The Mk2d is also fitted with the same style of flicker free lighting but has been retro fitted rather than factory fitted.
These coaches are in good running condition and have been fitted with the Hornby “Roco” style close couplings except for one end of a Mk2e and both ends of the Mk2d which have standard Hornby couplings, allowing the rake to run together and be coupled to a locomotive .
The coaches are not boxed but will be well packaged for transit.Please study the pictures carefully as they form part of this description.
