O Gauge Scratch-Built Single Track / Road Engine Shed (High Detail With Faults)

Selling a large usable O gauge model engine shed in displayable condition.
Made of balsa wood and card, it does come with a couple of faults, that should be easy to restore or enhance by a skilled modeler. The main door is loose and there is missing detail to the roof and back of the roof vent.
The shed measures approx. 42 cm long by 15 cm wide by 20 cm high and weighs 735 grams.
It is not internally lit (as shown in one of the photos, I have added a torch (not included in sale) for photographic effect. (See photos for details, faults and condition).
Please note:- Due to the size and construction of the engine shed, it will need to be carefully packed and be sent as a ‘medium’ parcel.

Packing:- This engine shed will be very carefully packed by me (which will add to the weight of the parcel). I re-use packaging where possible; if this concerns you let me know. Postage Costs:- Postage costs fairly cover my time and expenses including packing materials, which I will not compromise on as I want the item(s) to get to you in the same condition as I despatch it. NOTE: Within the UK, this item will be sent by second class recorded delivery or by recorded courier delivery. I always despatch my items from the Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage.
Postage Overpayment:- If the cost of postage and packing is not as high as calculated, I will refund the overpayment via PayPal less fair and reasonable expenses and packing costs.
Overseas Shipping:- Due to the nature of this item, I am not able to send it overseas. Apologies.
