Here is an excellent example of a very nicely detailed Southern Pacific (SP, Espee) RR diesel loco, the American Locomotive Company (Alco) S-2 switching engine.Model by Atlas (Roco), bought secondhand in 2015, this loco runs sweetly and flawlessly.Eight wheel drive and pick up, it will haul any kind of load you might want to put behind it as it is a heavy model. The detail is really nice for a ready to roll model, everything you could wish for is there including real Kadee knuckle couplers that work really well.No longer available from Atlas dealers for many years, list price was 69.95 so I think my asking price is fair. This is a rare model, few appear even on US ebay. Only selling as I’m needing to reduce my collection.Very sadly for me, I only ran it to test it so it has had less than half an hour track time with me.
