Enough to top & tail 10 diesels.Bring your diesels to life with lights.Adds a new dimension for trains that are used on track. All mine have lights. It may not be like real life but I think it looks good especially with DCC . I wouldn’t expect any one to make alterations to exhibit models, but personally I think trains have motors in them so should be used on tracks. You can add white LEDs without damaging diesels in most cases, but if you want red at back and white in front then some drilling into bodywork will be needed which will mean permanent damage to body. One of my Deltics in the picture has 2 holes in the front and 2 in the rear to accommodate the lights but it looks great going round layout – lights blazing.The easiest way is to light up the cab which normally doesn’t involve any drilling or damage. This is great with DCC as you can see when stopped, which way it will go when forward power is applied.These LEDs are rated as 3volt so 1K Ohm resistors are supplied for use up to 16volt.LEDs don’t get HOT .Great for DCC, lights can be switched off if required.Great for DC but only come on when power applied, also depends on which way wired.I do enclose simple instructions and a few photos to help with installation.******eBay rules mean that I cannot accept any other method of payment except PAYPAL for 1 day auctions******
