Each ones motor works , the yellow port authority engine works when the supply is attached to the brass connections below the red wire in the photo, probably needs contacts cleaned, the R357 blue BR loco runs when it’s put on the track but slowly possibly just needs a clean, the blue and black loco runs when you connect a power source to motor, all 3 should be easily fixed, otherwise decent condition for their age
