Fine scale wheels, 16mm over treads, scale 4 ft suit many tenders etc. No idea of the make, hard plastic centres with steel tyres. Run on code 100 idea for code 75. No good for old Hornby Set Track. Probably ease out to EM gauge or P4. Also a few spare wheels but no axles.
No idea where they came from, they have been in my spares box for as long as I can remember but the flanges are too fine for my railway with its outdoor section.
